Dan’s motto should be “Call to Action”. We called Dan on a Monday afternoon, wanting to sell our home. That evening, we signed the contract with him. On Tuesday, the photographer came to take pictures and the sign arrived. The house was on MLS by Wednesday and Thursday, Dan hosted the Broker’s Open House. The brochure Dan produced was top notch. We sold the house by the weekend. Dan was responsive to every inquiry we had, and even went through our initial inspection because we were out of town, looking for our new home. Dan is very knowledgeable about the market and very accommodating. His approach is one of confidence and steadiness, which was greatly appreciated since moving can be very stressful and chaotic.
